30-Day Return & Size Exchange Policy

We accept returns requested within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unworn, and unwashed, with tags and original packaging intact where applicable.

START A RETURN OR EXCHANGE

Email support@letsborn.com with your order number and the item you want to return or exchange. Please wait for return instructions before sending an item back.

RETURN SHIPPING AND REFUNDS

For ordinary returns, the cost of the return label will be deducted from your refund. If the item is defective or we sent the wrong item, LetsBorn will cover return shipping. Original outbound shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

After we receive and inspect the return, approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Your bank or card provider may need additional time to post the credit.

SIZE EXCHANGES

One size exchange is free when replacement stock is available. If the requested replacement is unavailable, we will help arrange a return under this policy.

FINAL SALE

An item is final sale only when it was clearly marked final sale before purchase.
