ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS

Items must meet the following criteria:
• Unused, unworn, and unwashed
• Original tags and packaging attached
• No signs of wear, sweat, or odor
• Returned within 30 days of delivery date

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

The following items cannot be returned:
• Items worn during workouts or outdoor activities
• Washed or altered garments
• Items without original tags
• Final sale items (clearly marked at checkout)

HOW TO RETURN

1. Email us at support@letsborn.com with your order number and reason for return
2. We'll send you a prepaid return label within 24 hours
3. Pack your item securely and drop off at any carrier location
4. Refunds processed within 5-7 business days after we receive your return

REFUND METHOD

Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong item, defective product).

EXCHANGES

We offer free exchanges for size swaps. Contact us within 30 days and we'll ship your new size immediately — no need to wait for the return to process.

DEFECTIVE ITEMS

If you receive a defective item, contact us immediately at support@letsborn.com. We'll send a replacement at no cost and provide a return label for the defective item.
