Refund Policy

Our Policy

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached. Sale items, intimates, and swimwear are final sale and cannot be returned.

How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us at xiaofenzhu2024@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund after 10 business days, please check your bank account again. Contact your credit card company as it may take time before your refund is officially posted. If you still have not received your refund, contact us at xiaofenzhu2024@gmail.com.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange for the same item, send us an email at xiaofenzhu2024@gmail.com.

Shipping Costs

Original shipping costs are non-refundable. Return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund. For defective or incorrect items, we will provide a prepaid return label.
